Vilivyo mbinguni vifurahi, na vilivyo nchini vishangilie; kwa kuwa Bwana ameionyesha nguvu kwa mkono Wake. Kwa kufa amekanyanga kifo na amekuwa mzaliwa wa kwanza kwa wafu. Ametukomboa toka tumboni mwa jehanamu, akajalia dunia huruma (Yake) nyingi.

Reke igūrū rīkene na thī kūgīe na gīkeno; tondū Mwathani nīonanītie hinya na guoko Gwake. Nīarangīrīirie gīkuū na gīkuū, agatuīka irigithathi rīa arīa akuū. Nīatuohorete kuuma nda-inī ya gīkuū na akahe thī tha nyingī.

ENGLISH:
Let the heavens sing for joy, and let everything on earth be glad. * For with His Arm the Lord has worked power. * He trampled death under foot by means of death; * and He became the firstborn from the dead. * From the maw of Hades He delivered us; * and He granted the world His great mercy.
